May Chang is the Assistant Director for Library Technology at East Carolina University, NC, where she provides leadership in envisioning and planning technology strategies, initiatives, services, and resources. Her interests and experience include web services, IT operations, innovative and emerging technologies, and learning spaces design. She presents regularly at national and international conferences and also leads workshops on a variety of IT topics. Chang holds an MLS from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
