Jessamyn West, Community Technology Librarian, Randolph Technical Career Center

Jessamyn West is a moderator at MetaFilter.com and runs the Q and A part of the site, Ask MetaFilter. She is also a community technology librarian, living in a rural area of Central Vermont where she assists tiny libraries with technology planning and implementation and teaches basic computer skills classes. When she's not swinging the banhammer or fixing people's Yahoos, she's travelling the world talking about the digital divide and the social, political and economic impediments to technology adoption. She maintains an online presence at jessamyn.com and librarian.net.
