Discounts

Organizations sending more than one registrant can benefit greatly from the following rates for full conference registrations only: First person @ $359; second person and all additional registrants @ $165. After February 12 add $10 to each level. All registrations for group discounts must be sent to Information Today, Inc. under one cover, or if registering online, all registrations must be submitted on the same day. (Many OCLC broker networks and regional library cooperatives are offering special discount rates. Contact your network director for further details.)
Discounts are not available for pre and postconference workshops.

Delegates to Computers in Libraries 2004 may register for any number of days, each of which are comprised of four tracks. The fee includes:

  • Participation in any conference track for each day booked.
    (Delegates may switch between tracks as they choose.)
  • Admission to the exhibit hall
  • Conference packet
  • Exhibitors’ reception on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Morning and afternoon coffee

Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations.

The Hilton Washington and Towers reduced guest room rates for Computers in Libraries attendees are $179 for a single room and $199 for a double.

Rooms are limited, so make your reservations as early as possible. Rooms and/or rates may not be available after February 15, 2004.

To obtain the preferred room rates contact the hotel directly and identify yourself as a Computers in Libraries 2004 delegate. Per Hilton policy, all hotel reservations must be accompanied by a first night’s deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of your arrival date.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing no later than February 12, 2004. Full refunds minus a $50 processing fee will be issued. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions for the same amount of fees may be made until 1:00 p.m. on February 12, 2004. Please indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant. After this date, all changes must be made at the conference.
