Gena Marker
Gena Marker is the Teacher-Librarian at Centennial High School in Boise, Idaho. Prior to landing in library land, she spent 12 years in the trenches as a classroom teacher of both language arts and social studies. She has an MA in Reading and recently received her MLS from the University of North Texas. She is a member of the Idaho Commission for Libraries' committee, SPLAT - the Special Projects Library Action Team, and enjoys teaching librarians around the state about how to integrate technology into their libraries. She is also the immediate Past-President of the Idaho Library Association. When she's not living in library land, she likes to travel and spend time outdoors with her family.
