David Diamond
Entering the Digital Asset Management industry as a technical marketing writer in 1998, Diamond has grown into one of the DAM industry's most visible and influential figures. He authored DAM Survival Guide in early 2012, and he's a regular contributor to CMSWire, Digital Asset Management News and other sites, including the Picturepark DAM Innovation Blog. He was awarded the first ever "Top DAM Influencer" title by ConceptShare, and he won the industry's top honor, "DAMMY of the Year," in 2013.
Diamond has held senior management positions at Apple, Sony and the University of Southern California. He was a founding member of the 1980s rock band Berlin. He now directs global marketing for Swiss DAM vendor Picturepark, sponsors of the popular DAM Guru Program, which connects digital asset management professionals with those who need their help, for free.
