M Ryan Hess is the Web Services Coordinator at DePaul University, responsible for overseeing all web initiatives of the University Library, including the Library Portal, LibGuides and ContentDM Digital Collections, as well as establishing standards, governance and policies for web content. Before coming to DePaul, Ryan worked for Adobe Systems as a research specialist responsible for helping maintain the company research portal, library and market research blog.
